EDUC 376 - Adolescent Literacy 3 hours Students, ages 9-19, need literacy instruction based on sound theory and instructional techniques to meet their learning needs in reading, writing, listening, speaking, thinking, viewing and technology. This class will address the developmental needs of these students and provide recent research theory for the demonstrated techniques to assist in successful learning for all adolescent learners. Students in this class must be admitted to the Teacher Certification Program. Prerequisite: admission to the Teacher Certification Program.
