EDUC 578 - Adolescent Literacy Theory and Technique 3 hours Students, ages 9-19, need literacy instruction based on sound theory and instructional techniques to meet their learning needs in reading, writing, listening, speaking, thinking, viewing and technology. This class will address the developmental needs of these students and provide recent research theory for the demonstrated techniques to assist in successful learning for all adolescent learners. Students in this class must be graduate level and admitted to the Teacher Certification Program. Prerequisites: graduate level, EDUC 505 , and admission to the Teacher Certification Program.
