ENVS 399 - Science Internship 1-3 hours


Field experience working as an intern in a private or public agency. Supervised, on-site work is required. Forty-five clock hours of experiential work are required for each semester hour of credit. The directing faculty member must approve the internship placement. Grades are assigned as S (satisfactory) or U (unsatisfactory). Cross-listed as BIOL 399 /CHEM 399 /FRSC 399 

Prerequisite(s) / Corequisite(s): Declared major in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Forensic Science. Junior standing. Students must have completed with a grade of C or better 15 hours in their major prefix. Students may register for no more than 6 science internship credits (399 and 499 combined) during their time at Columbia College.
