EDUC 578 - Adolescent Literacy Theory and Technique 3 hours Students, ages 9-19, need literacy instruction based on sound theory and instructional techniques to meet their learning needs in reading, writing, listening, speaking, thinking, viewing, and technology. This class will address the developmental needs of these students and provide recent research theory for the demonstrated techniques to assist in successful learning for all adolescent learners through instructional interventions for the reading and literacy deficits. Prerequisites:graduate standing.
