BIOL 105 - Essentials of Science 3 hours Students will explore concepts related to natural science, including interpreting and drawing inferences from scientific results and models. They will generate, evaluate and interpret different types of data, and will use this knowledge to solve problems empirically in a variety of contexts. The course will be a three hour lecture/lab combination and not intended for students majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Forensic Science. Crosslisted with CHEM 105 and ENVS 105 . Prerequisites: MATH 106 or MATH 110 or equivalent.
