EDUC 639 - Field Research and Evaluation 3 hours This course integrates administrative problem solving with research and a development of an action plan. It will focus on the leadership domains: visionary, instructional, managerial, relational, and innovative. This is required for the Specialist degree in Educational Administration with the Career Principal Emphasis Area.This course should be the last course for Career Principal Emphasis Area or Advisor approval after 24 completed hours in the Ed.S. Program. Prerequisites: Completed M.Ed.
