AMSL 303 - American Sign Language grammar 3 hours Students acquire a more in-depth knowledge about the structure of American Sign Language and the major grammatical features of ASL. The goal of this class is to increase understanding of the grammar involved in ASL. Course covers work order, non-manual signals, and how to transfer sign to paper, through a technique called “gloss.” Prerequisite: grade of C or higher in AMSL 102 .
