BIOL 300 - Evolution 3 hours

Examination of the basic mechanisms of evolution and the importance of evolution to our understanding of life on earth. Genetics, natural selection, adaptation and the history of life are considered. Cross-listed as ENVS 300 . Prerequisites: BIOL 110 /BIOL 112 .
