EDUC 547 - Career Counseling Including Children With Special Needs 3 hours The study of and application of theory, procedures and techniques of career counseling. Career identification and decision making are emphasized. Techniques for preparing students with special needs to make the transition from special education to community living are discussed. Prerequisite: Graduate standing; and admission to the Teacher Certification Program or full MAT or M.Ed. status.
