Supply Chain Management: Logistics and Transportation Certificate

A certificate in Logistics and Transportation aims to provide students with a basic understanding of the principles and process of logistics and transportation in support of supply chain management including topics such as transportation planning and optimization, inventory management, and logistics network design. A Logistics and Transportation certificate provides additional professional development for military members working in the transportation and logistics field in preparation for civilian employment. The sub area of logistics and transportation in supply chain management in one of the three central functions within SCM.

Certificate Requirements


Students must complete at least nine semester hours of the certificate with Columbia College. All classes must be completed with a grade of C or higher.
