The Associate in Science with an emphasis in health science degree is specifically designed to prepare students for clinically focused programs and employment in healthcare. The health science curriculum integrates core courses in the biological sciences, humanities, and social sciences while exploring various healthcare-related careers. Choose a total of 9 hours from core courses in at least two goals below:

All required courses in the major must be completed with a C or higher grade. They cannot be taken Pass/Fail.

Major Area Electives (12 sem. hrs.)

In addition to the required courses listed above, complete 12 hours of courses from BIOL, above 110, PSYC, NURS, HEAL, or HUMS.
