MGMT 395 - Real Estate Negotiation Strategy Practicum 4 hours This real estate negotiation strategy practicum integrates knowledge and skills from earlier courses in the Certificate in Real Estate Negotiation as applied to professional experience through completion of a practicum project tied to a real organization. The course will further explore the application of negotiation strategy and technique to create value in a given organization in the real estate industry.
Prerequisite(s): FINC 397 , MGMT 230 , ORGL 370 and completion of or concurrent enrollment in MGMT 370 .
