ORGL 410 - Negotiation and Conflict 3 hours

Course focuses on theories, concepts and skills necessary to help students identify and resolve interpersonal and group conflicts through negotiation and conflict management. This course helps students understand dynamics impacting conflict, negotiations, and appropriate problem solving. Prerequisite: MGMT 230.
