FRSC 425 - Forensic Chemistry 3 hours A study of the methods and instrumental techniques commonly used in the analysis of chemical evidence. The application of polarized light microscopy, thin layer and gas chromatography, infrared and Raman spectroscopy and mass spectrometry will be assessed. Cross-listed as CHEM 425 . Prerequisites: FRSC 210 , CHEM 312 , CHEM 312L , CHEM 337 . Corequisite: CHEM 425L .
